Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and learning support teams to identify students in need of intervention and develop personalized learning plans.
- Use data-driven methods to assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and document outcomes to ensure measurable academic improvement.
- Design and implement engaging, scaffolded lessons that build essential skills while promoting student independence and academic resilience.

- Bachelor's degree in education, or a related field; credentials or certification in special education or learning support are preferred.
