We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our mobile app platform project, which focuses on selling gift cards.

About the Job:

This full-time position requires a skilled Project Manager who can work on-site and possess a solid understanding of technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with developers to ensure the smooth operation of the app.
  2. Regularly review the application to identify and resolve errors or mistakes, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  3. Manage the inventory of gift cards, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with app features and updates.
  5. Supervise the customer service team, ensuring that user issues and feedback are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  6. Monitor project-related bank accounts and maintain financial records.
  7. Oversee invoice exports and maintain a strong working relationship with accountants to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
  8. Act as a key point of contact between technical teams, marketing, customer service, and finance to ensure that project goals are met.
  9. Improve overall project efficiency by implementing and refining processes.
