Role Description

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, processing guest arrivals and departures, handling guest requests, and managing guest credit, billing, and financial transactions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and submitting daily reports, overseeing the completion of night reception tasks, and verifying accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests at all times.
  • Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest requests and provide timely responses.
  • Manage guest credit, billing, and financial transactions effectively.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports to relevant departments.
  • Oversee the completion of night reception tasks and verify accuracy.
  • Accurately quote guests rates according to our selling strategy and website.
  • Respond promptly to telephone calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
  • Address any maintenance issues promptly and verify resolution.
  • Ensure public areas and back-of-house spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in front office operations, preferably in a similar quality hotel.
  • A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
