About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Designer to join SOS HR Solutions' design department. As a key member, you will be responsible for creating stunning 2D and 3D designs that bring our clients' visions to life.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create captivating 2D and 3D designs for new and existing clients, exceeding their expectations and showcasing your creativity.
  2. Collaborate with our team to prepare 3D renderings that accurately depict projects and inspire clients.
  3. Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences, taking notes and asking questions to ensure a clear understanding of their goals.
  4. Communicate effectively with engineers during project execution, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely completion.
  5. Oversee designed projects in conjunction with site engineers or senior designers, ensuring they align with client requirements.
  6. Work closely with other departments to bring projects to fruition, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  7. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems, thinking outside the box to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A solid understanding of local plants, which is highly desirable.
  2. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Landscape Design, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles.
  3. Fresh graduates or those with a minimum of 2 years' experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
  4. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume full responsibility for your projects.
  5. A young professional between 25 and 35 years old, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.
  6. Excellent soft skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  7. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop, to create stunning visualizations and presentations.
