Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Painter Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing painting tasks and supervising a small group of employees engaged in painting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Paint surfaces to be painted.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old finish or by placing putty or filler in nail holes and interstices.
  • Apply paint with spray gun or brush.
  • Mix colors, oils, white lead and other paint ingredients to obtain proper color or consistency.
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a painter.
  • Must have knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint required for different applications.
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and hazardous conditions.
