Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of underground pipeline projects, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, reporting, and updates on project progress.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.
- Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocation, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering only.
- Proven experience working on pipeline projects with at least 5 years in the oil & gas industry.
- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience.
- Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management, and safety protocols.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
