As a Luxury Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for guests and VIPs, providing them with exceptional service and ensuring their stay at our hotel is memorable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work well under pressure. They will also be knowledgeable about the local area and be able to provide recommendations to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for guests and respond to their enquiries efficiently
  • Provide information, advice and booking services for a wide range of guest requests, including city tours, theatre tickets and restaurant bookings
  • Process and deliver messages for guests
  • Deliver and safely store guest luggage
  • Stay up-to-date with all hotel services and daily VIP requests
  • Ensure the lobby and front door areas are tidy and safe
  • Provide support to management as required in cases of emergency
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
