Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver training and assessment programs for technicians and graduates in line with client requirements.
  2. Review and update existing training materials, incorporating feedback from instructors and experts.
  3. Collaborate with existing instructors to enhance their skills through classroom sessions, job shadowing, and other forms of support.
  4. Evaluate training programs to ensure they align with future business objectives and address emerging technical challenges.
  5. Participate in broader training initiatives that benefit the team and organization as a whole.


Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  1. Valid Assessor and Verifier certifications.
  2. Understanding of Vocational Qualifications Frameworks (NVQ's).
  3. Adept at working cross-culturally, mentoring colleagues, and fostering strong working relationships.
  4. Adaptable attitude towards varied work tasks, willing to accommodate scheduling adjustments and occasional unconventional work hours.
  5. Comfortable with frequent travel to client sites in remote areas.
  6. Tertiary qualification in a technical field (e.g., BTEC, NVQ, HND).
  7. At least 15 years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations, including collaboration with prominent international companies.
  8. Minimum four years of experience delivering and assessing technical training in classrooms and OJT settings.
  9. Background in developing, reviewing, and refining training materials and curricula.
  10. Current driver's license.
  11. Professional experience with major oil and gas companies.
