Robotics Surgical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Surgical Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgical robotics, with experience in system installation, start-up, customer training, and account analysis. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with hospital stakeholders to drive transformational changes and implement growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with stakeholders to develop program goals and metrics for the HUGO RAS system; conduct regular reviews
  • Develop and coordinate surgeon training plans, including off-site training and proctored cases
  • Create training programs for staff, support their learning, and promote operational excellence
  • Attend cases during surgeon and staff learning sessions to support technology adoption
  • Use change management techniques to engage stakeholders and gain buy-in
  • Coach hospital staff to achieve skill transfer and self-sufficiency
  • Collaborate with field service engineers and hospital staff to prepare operating rooms for the HUGO RAS system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, etc.); Master's preferred
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages a plus
  • Willingness to travel throughout the country (>75%)
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, including operating room and surgical procedures knowledge
