We are seeking a professional services consultant to implement and support various products in our portfolio.
You will work closely with a talented team of individuals with extensive experience in banking and self-service industry.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and support various products in our portfolio.
- Visit customers and collaborate with their IT and Business teams to ensure timely project delivery and exceptional support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in computer science, information technology or a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience in banking is preferred.
- Good knowledge of web technologies and databases.
- Project coordination skills with internal and external teams.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Operational support skills.
- Ability to provide weekly internal project status reports to Project/Program Manager outlining activities performed and planned, as well as dependencies and risks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently with limited management supervision.
- Fluency in English written and verbal.
