Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. You will need to have a strong understanding of baking techniques and be able to create unique and delicious desserts that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and prepare various types of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods.

- Develop new recipes and menu items while keeping up-to-date with industry trends.

- Ensure all baked goods are prepared according to company standards.

- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies.

- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting.

- Excellent knowledge of different baking techniques and methods.

- Creativity in developing new recipes and menu items.

- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Attention to detail with high standards for quality control.

- Team player with strong communication skills.
