As a Senior In-House Attorney, you will play a crucial role in providing legal advice to the company's management team and supporting the internal departments.
">Key Responsibilities:">- Assists in drafting and reviewing contracts, letters, notices, and other legal documentation in coordination with the reporting manager.
- Provides any legal assistance required by the company during the GSM process.
- Follows up with case laws and executive orders with external law firms.
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Professional legal qualification or certification preferred
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- 5 – 7 years similar experience dealing with legal matters in a company of similar size
The selected candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
