Senior Landscape Professional

As a highly experienced Associate Director, Landscape, you will play a pivotal role in leading multidisciplinary projects and driving the delivery of innovative design solutions. With a strong background in landscape architecture, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading client meetings and project reviews to ensure deliverables meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive project performance and efficiency.
  • Developing and implementing corporate strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Representing the company at regional and international events to promote sustainable growth and business development.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 20+ years of international experience in leading projects, holding Associate positions or higher. You will have leadership, architectural design, and technical expertise with full BIM process management. Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential, along with experience managing P&L responsibilities and working with Middle East building codes. LEED certification is preferred, and chartered membership with RIBA or equivalent is a requirement.

Required Qualifications:

A degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design is necessary, along with postgraduate qualifications in a relevant field. Registered Architect status for 20+ years with ARB, AIA, or equivalent is also required. Sustainability Certification, such as LEED, PQP, or equivalent, is desirable.

About this Role:

This strategic position in the Architecture department is instrumental in setting standards of behavior and culture for successful implementation of corporate objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to bid preparations, collaborate with graphics, marketing, communications, and proposals teams, and participate in line management and lead architect appraisals. Excellent command of English is essential, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. Self-motivated, collaborative, and inclusive approach is key to success in this role.
