Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to join our team, who will be responsible for coordinating and managing fit-out projects from concept to completion. As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination:
    • Coordinate and manage fit-out projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.
    • Take corrective action to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
