Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accountability, protection, issuance, and retrieval of firearms, communications equipment, and related assets.
  • Account for, issue, and provide annual forecast for munitions needed for operations.
  • Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and daily task coordination for the armory.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct all armory training, documenting qualifications upon completion.
  • Conduct maintenance on weapons and manage armory equipment as primary or alternate equipment custodian.
  • Responsible for cleaning all unassigned weapons.
