VIP Airport Lounge Leader

High-end airport lounges offer a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations and lead staff to provide outstanding service that meets the expectations of discerning travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless delivery of services, adhering to operational standards and meeting guest expectations.
  • Lead frontline staff in delivering high levels of hospitality and professionalism, aligning with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including airline partners, kitchen teams, and facility staff, to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory, lounge amenities, and safety/hygiene standards, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Handle guest feedback with tact, resolving issues promptly while maintaining discretion and courtesy.
  • Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement, recommending strategies for enhancement.
  • Manage team scheduling, performance, and training, providing guidance and support for optimal team performance.
  • Support sales and service initiatives to drive lounge performance and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years' experience in premium hospitality, catering, or aviation environments, with proven leadership experience.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital systems for guest management, reporting, and inventory control.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of additional international languages is an asset.
