This is a challenging position that requires a high level of expertise and leadership skills. As a Supervisory Inspector, you will be responsible for supervising a team of inspectors who perform inspections on facilities and equipment.
The successful candidate will ensure compliance with various contractual, US Government, DoD, U.S. Army, local, and safety regulations, codes, policies, guidelines, and instructions.
- Supervises and directs Inspection team in performing inspections on facilities and equipment.
- Schedules resources and manages team to accomplish objectives.
- Performs initial, in-progress, and final inspections to diagnose violations.
- Ensures repairs and alterations are accomplished according to required industry code(s).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for achieving quality results.
- Establish clear goals and objectives for the inspection team and track progress.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
