Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for identifying statistical methods relevant to our manufacturing processes and determining quality improvement parameters.
  2. Establishing statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error, and determining levels of confidence is also a key aspect of this role.
  3. In addition, you will develop experiments using full and fractional factorial techniques to optimize our processes.
  4. You will maintain statistical process controls by applying demerit/unit, zone charting, x2 charts for distributions and individual-medial/range for multistream processes.
  5. Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests.
  6. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations.
Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. You must have experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.

We are looking for candidates with 0-4 years of experience in the QA/ QC department of a manufacturing company.
