Key Responsibilities

- Teach swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to students of various ages and skill levels
- Provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to all swimmers
- Observe progress and provide feedback on performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with swimmers
- Assist with team administration tasks, such as scheduling practices, managing equipment, and communicating with parents or guardians
- Monitor all swimmers closely to ensure safety and prevent accidents
