Financial Planning and Analysis

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability. Your analytical skills will be essential in analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company's financial performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements.

Budgeting and Cost Control

You will create and manage the company's budget, ensuring that expenses are in line with revenue. Your expertise in cost control will help identify opportunities for cost savings and implement measures to optimize financial performance.

Financial Reporting

As a financial planning manager, you will prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Your attention to detail will ensure that financial statements comply with accounting standards and regulations, and that financial reports are provided to senior management and stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.

Risk Management

You will assess and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations and market volatility. Your risk mitigation strategies and policies will protect the company's financial assets and ensure business continuity.

Cash Flow Management

As a financial planning manager, you will monitor cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity for operations. Your expertise in cash management will help optimize returns while maintaining liquidity.

Financial Decision Making

You will provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Your evaluation of investment opportunities will assess their financial viability and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Financial Controls

You will establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. Your internal audits will ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Banking and Treasury Management

As a financial planning manager, you will manage banking relationships and optimize cash management, including fund transfers and bank reconciliations.

Compliance and Regulation

You will stay updated on financial regulations and ensure the company's financial practices are in compliance. Your collaboration with external auditors and regulatory agencies will ensure seamless interactions.

Strategic Planning

You will contribute to the development of the company's long-term financial and strategic plans. Your collaboration with other departments will align financial goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • CA / ICWA with 10+ years of progressive experience
  • Good knowledge of banking
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Gulf experience and knowledge of Arabic is a big advantage
  • Good command over English
