**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. in Kuwait.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine day-to-day clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping and receiving goods and cargo for the Transportation Department.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Packaging and Shipping: Must be trained in packaging, packaging specifications, and served in a packaging position with recent experience.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Army AIS to collect, analyze, and report transportation data.
3. Cargo Management: Input, process, and distribute all requests to the appropriate database.
4. Risk Management: Maintain inbound/outbound cargo RF Tag processing and ensure in transit visibility throughout the shipment process.
5. Document Control: Establish and maintain documents such as signed copies of MRO's, TCMD for shipping and receiving section.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain the visibility of all documents and records of all items shipped from the transportation.
7. Error Correction: Correct error and exception reports.
8. Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Education/Certifications: One year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Shipping and Receiving Background: Three years' experience shipping and receiving background. Experience with computer-based shipping and receiving accounting and tracking systems.

• Collaborative Work Style: Collaborative work style fostering cooperation and teamwork.
• Effective Communication: Ability to work effectively with employees and management of all levels to include multi-national staff, superiors, and ranking military officers.
• Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
• Language Skills: Highly proficient in English, both verbally and written.
• Software Proficiency: Basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
• Organizational Skills: High-level organization and planning skills so workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.
• Analysis and Interpretation: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and documents.
• MHE Equipment Operation: Knowledge of MHE equipment operation.
• Quality and Safety Procedures: Ability to understand and follow quality and safety procedures.
