At Earth Roastery, we are looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for growing our brand and attracting more customers. This involves planning and running marketing campaigns, managing media relations, and maintaining a strong brand presence both online and offline.

The role includes creating promotions, handling media interactions, and ensuring the brand is well-represented on all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer footfall.
  • Organize and manage a weekly marketing campaign every Thursday at the café, featuring promotions, special events, influencer collaborations, or themed experiences.
  • Create innovative marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, and in-store promotions.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging visuals and promotional materials.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can think creatively and work independently as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, public relations, or social media management (preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box for innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
