Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver complex technical solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to engage with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for solution offerings.
  • Develop and design comprehensive, scalable, and cost-effective solutions encompassing SOC, NOC, Managed Workplace Services, and IT Infrastructure (including servers, storage, networking, and cloud services).
  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate responses to RFPs and RFIs.
