Software Engineering Leadership

The role of the Head of Engineering is to lead a large technology engineering team and bring full stack engineering expertise to the table. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and frontend solutions for FinTech applications.

This leadership position requires knowledge of cloud and cloud-native environments to shape the technology strategy and ensure that our applications are scalable, secure, and highly available.

  • **Full Stack Expertise:** Contribute hands-on expertise in both backend and frontend development, leading by example as a full stack engineer.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

As a seasoned leader, you will provide visionary leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

A key responsibility will be to define and execute the technology strategy, architecture, and roadmaps for both backend and frontend solutions.

  • Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle with the product team, from ideation and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with 10+ years of proven experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in both backend and frontend development as a full stack engineer.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, expertise in cloud platforms and cloud-native environments is essential.

    • Proven experience in leading and managing large engineering teams.
    • Strong technical background in both backend and frontend development as a full stack engineer.
    • Expertise in cloud platforms and cloud-native environments.

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
