We are committed to excellence in aviation training at DRG Professional Services. As a seasoned F-18 Pilot, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch Contractor Instructor Pilot Services to the Kuwait Air Force.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional flight, simulator, and academic instruction to pilots in F/A-18 aircraft.
- Promote safety and efficiency through comprehensive familiarization, qualification, upgrade, standardization, flight, and ground instruction.
- Maintain current and accurate aircrew training materials and courseware.
- Collaborate with operations and training staff to develop effective instructional material and evaluation criteria.
- Drive excellence in performance by establishing and maintaining rigorous training standards and qualifications.
- Prepare engaging briefings to support continuation training.
- Deploy to various locations in and out of the country to deliver syllabus training.
- Meet specific requirements for KAF F/A-18 requalification training and graduate from the KAF Instructor under Training syllabus.
- Adhere to NATOPs 3710.7U standards and meet F/A-18 NATOPS/OPNAVINST 3710.7U (section 8.3.2.18) Anthropometric Requirements for duty in an ejection seat aircraft.
