**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Manage ER workload effectively through triage and patient assessment.
- Provide high-quality patient care, treatment, and recovery support.
- Participate in clinical research and studies to stay current with medical developments.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
- Clear patients for discharge or refer to specialists as needed.
- Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Education: MBBS and Specialty Master's Degree in Emergency Medicine.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years, including 2 years after obtaining the Master's degree.
