Job Description

The EVMS Analyst will support the program management and preparation of the monthly integrated program management report (IPMR) CDRL, quarterly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR), and Cost Variance Report (CVR). The Analyst will also manage and administer EVMS tools and processes, serving as the primary EVMS compliance interface with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Administer Cobra including importing actuals and estimated actuals, reconciling with accounting ledgers, troubleshooting data transfer issues, maintaining budget baselines, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Calendar, Cost sets, Resource, and Rate Tables, updating Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Complete (EAC), and maintaining Program Baseline Logs.

  2. Administer MPM, Winsight, and Cobra including importing actuals and estimated actuals, reconciling with accounting ledgers, maintaining budget baselines, creating WBS, maintaining Rate Tables, maintaining schedules in MPM or a scheduling tool, updating monthly performance, updating ETC, maintaining Program Baseline Logs.

  3. Analyze monthly and cumulative contract baseline budget versus actual costs, create the monthly CVRs, create Inception-to-date cost reports, manage Baseline Change Requests (BCR), and support Finance Directors, Program Managers, and PMO Management as needed.
