Field Sales Representative Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team. As the largest food and beverage company in the world, we offer an exciting opportunity to work on achieving sales targets by maximizing growth opportunities within the modern trade channel.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, be comfortable working in the field, and possess excellent communication and negotiation abilities. They will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships, organizing daily field visits, and reporting market intelligence to sales management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales volumes by category
- Develop a strong relationship with customers
- Organize daily field visits to ensure product availability and implement promotional plans effectively
- Report market intelligence and competitor activities to sales management
- Ensure correct product handling and condition on shelf as per policy
- Communicate with merchandisers to resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensure on-shelf availability of all products based on core distribution
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities, and other required reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Ideal 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role
- Strong interest in sales and marketing is essential
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of managing client relations and other stakeholders
- A proactive and persistent attitude
- Full proficiency in English language skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Valid driving license is a must
