This role focuses on developing and maintaining academic and administrative systems, including report development, database optimization, and integration of various systems.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and extract data from Banner (Ellucian) and related systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements.
  • Integrate SIS with systems such as LMS, HR, communications, and authentication platforms.
  • Document workflows, specifications, and system enhancements.
  • Automate student data workflows and reports using tools like BI Publisher and Power BI.
Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle Databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with Ellucian Banner or other Student Information Systems.
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as BI Publisher, Power BI, Argos, or JasperReports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
