We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations and System Coordinator to join our team at Kuwait Foundation For The Advancement Of Sciences. This role is responsible for maintaining employee databases, processing government forms, registering employees with the Public Institution for Social Security, and managing medical, life, and travel insurance plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and be proficient in English and Arabic. They should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with HRMS systems and payroll processes.

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately KWD 1,500 - 2,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including health, life, and travel insurance, and a generous annual leave package.

Job Description:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Process government forms and registration with the Public Institution for Social Security
  • Manage medical, life, and travel insurance plans for employees
  • Perform payroll entries for new hires and coordinate with the insurance company
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures for all payroll-related requests and queries
  • Support employee grievances and complaints
