Mechanic III

This highly skilled position plays a crucial role in ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of military tactical aircraft. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining, repairing, and modifying aircraft structures and structural components, as well as troubleshooting complex issues.

• Perform a wide range of complex maintenance tasks, including maintenance, repair, and modification of aircraft structures and structural components.
• Diagnose and repair issues with aircraft systems, including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex maintenance tasks and provide guidance and technical expertise as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including aircraft configuration control, Army oil analysis Program, and test measuring diagnostic equipment calibration.
• Document all maintenance activities, including making entries in aircraft logs and records.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of aviation maintenance experience within the past ten (10) years on the AH-64 mission design series (MDS).
• Valid FAA Airframe & Power plant (A&P) License for mechanics and sheet metal is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain facility Public Trust NAC-I. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required for facility Public Trust NAC-I at this work location.
• Must possess a Passport with 3 years of validity remaining at the time of hire with 6 blank pages and be able to travel internationally.
• Able to clear CENTCOM MOD17 Medical for deployment.
• Must be able to obtain a Kuwait visa.
