We are seeking an Interior Designer to work within our design team for major fit out projects.

The focus is on high-end, high-quality interiors and finishes for luxury villas, commercial buildings, and hotels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Design Team: Interpret Design Brief and establish Mood boards following initial client briefing.
  • Develop Programming Schedule: Work alongside Design Director to develop programming schedule/s.
  • Production of Presentation Boards: Produce full presentation boards and finishes for client presentation.
  • Maintain Library: Maintain the Library in the approved RIBA Format established.
  • Upgrade Library: Continually upgrade the library with new up-to-date information and update schedules of suppliers and manufacturers and maintain this database.
  • Prepare Sample Boards: Prepare Sample boards in conjunction with the design team.
  • Assist Design Director: Assist the Design Director/Project Designer in preparation of the initial presentations and subsequent design development presentations.
  • Closely Work with Project Designer: Working closely with the Project Designer in support of information required at Design Review meetings.
  • Create Preliminary Budgets: Creating full preliminary line item budgets and finishes schedules for all areas for submission to the client.
  • Production of Finishes Schedules: Production with the project designer full finishes, ironmongery, and sanitary ware schedules.
  • Qualify Manufacturers and Suppliers: Inspection, pre-qualification, and approval of manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Procurement Process: To assist the Commercial Department with the procurement process and be a link between design and procurement.
  • Liaison with Fit-out Contractor: Close liaison with the appointed Fit-out contractor to ensure the project is coordinated with relevant information and the Contractors information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Degree Qualification and Experience: Degree qualification and at least 3 years' experience in interior design with Concept Design Experience for luxury hotels.
  • Experience using 3D Max Application: Experience of using 3D Max application.
  • CGI and Video Animation: Experience in creating computer-generated images and video animations.
