We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Professional to join our team.

About the Role
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, organize, and present detailed financial reports and statements on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee receivables accounting, ensuring timely recording, tracking, and reconciliation.
  • Work closely with the business team to generate accurate invoices and issue receipts promptly.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with clients' accounting teams to ensure synchronized and seamless financial transactions.
  • Manage payment collections, deposits, and related processes efficiently.
  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain meticulous records of all company purchases.
  • Handle petty cash transactions for employees and the company, ensuring proper documentation and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial and accounting standards, as well as local regulations, including those related to social security and taxation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and suggest best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Xero Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using Xero software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kuwait Social Security System and relevant accounting regulations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Certifications: Relevant licenses and certifications (such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent) are an added advantage.
  • Regional Experience: Experience working in a similar role within the GCC region is preferred.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
