About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Specialist to join our team at HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a key role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • To assess patients' nutritional needs and develop therapeutic diets that cater to their individual requirements.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate medical and nutritional care for patients.
  • Deliver high-quality patient education through individual and group sessions, as well as develop evidence-based educational materials.
  • Manage a nutrition clinic, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Conduct 24-hour dietary recalls for patients and enter data into Nutritics, while also planning and implementing education sessions on various topics.
  • Develop and deliver nutrition lectures and workshops for healthcare professionals and students.
  • Plan and create innovative nutrition educational materials and promotion initiatives.
  • Support research activities, including proposal writing, data collection, analysis, and report writing.
  • Participate in outreach and in-house activities, media events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a higher qualification.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar organization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Knowledge of behavioral modification theories is desirable.
  • Ability to develop educational materials and present at conferences.
