Hygiene Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hygiene Manager to champion our hygiene and wellbeing standards in accordance with local legislation. Your core responsibilities will include training, supporting, and reinforcing these standards across all hotel areas.

Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass orienting colleagues to new hygiene standards, conducting ongoing evaluations of adherence in key areas such as Housekeeping, Laundry, Spa, Culinary, and Food & Beverage outlets. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of hygiene practices throughout the hotel.

This role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated individual who can effectively communicate and lead by example. If you have experience as a Hygiene Assistant Manager/Manager in a luxury international hotel and possess relevant qualifications in Hygiene, we encourage you to apply.

  • Lead the development and implementation of hygiene protocols aligned with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a culture of excellence in hygiene practices among staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hygiene or a related field (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
