Job Description

As an Enterprise Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our team in managing risk and creating value for our stakeholders. You will be responsible for verifying deal tickets for mathematical accuracy and completeness, monitoring and recording interbank lending limits daily, and preparing returns as per HO & Central Bank of Kuwait requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Verification of deal tickets for mathematical accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitoring and recording interbank lending limits daily.
  • Preparation of returns as per HO & Central Bank of Kuwait requirements.
  • Preparation of management reports for liquidity forecasting.
  • Ensuring ratios are within CBK & HO requirements.
  • Monitoring FX position intra-day and overnight.
  • Establishing FX counter rates and staff rates.
  • Reporting exceptional deals to Manager-Risk.
  • Overseeing reports on Market and Liquidity Risk sent to Group Risk Management.

Qualifications:

  • University degree with 3-5 years' experience in a Risk oversight or Compliance role.
  • Good understanding of credit portfolio components.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good quantitative skills and detail-oriented.
