Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Project Strategies: Create comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones, and allocating resources accordingly
  2. Skillfully Manage Teams: Foster collaboration among team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes
  3. Maintain Quality Standards: Implement effective quality control processes to guarantee that projects meet the required standards
  4. Address Conflicts: Identify and resolve potential conflicts before they escalate, ensuring that projects remain on schedule
  5. Inspect Progress: Regularly visit project sites to assess progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments
Essential Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Preferably, experience in leading large-scale commercial or residential projects
