Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Premium Dining Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in providing an unforgettable dining experience.

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly and ensure they are seated promptly.
2. Manage reservations and maintain a seamless waitlist process.
3. Provide menus and answer questions about our offerings.
4. Escort guests to their tables and present them with menus.
5. Making recommendations on food and drink options.
6. Ensure tables are properly set up and the dining area remains clean and tidy.
7. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise.
8. Collaborate with other staff members to deliver prompt and courteous service.
9. Assist with other tasks as needed, including answering phones and taking orders.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
3. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
4. Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations.
5. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
6. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional under pressure.
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
