Human Resources Professional

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to support and enhance the company's HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day HR activities, ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws, and support employee engagement and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    1. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
    2. Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding procedures.
    3. Ensure documentation and joining formalities are completed properly.
  • Employee Relations:
    1. Act as a liaison between employees and management.
    2. Handle employee grievances and provide resolutions in compliance with company policies.
    3. Support in conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • HR Operations:
    1. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
    2. Prepare HR reports, memos, and documentation.
    3. Manage employee leaves, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Performance Management:
    1. Assist in implementing and monitoring performance evaluation systems.
    2. Coordinate with departments for appraisal meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Training & Development:
    1. Identify employee training needs and coordinate training programs.
    2. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Compliance & Policy Implementation:
    1. Ensure all HR practices are in accordance with Kuwaiti labor laws.
    2. Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in Kuwait.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
  • Good understanding of Kuwaiti labor laws and HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
