About the Role:

Jawaahir Dance Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Artistic Director to lead our team of talented dancers and choreographers. As the artistic visionary, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the company's dance vision, developing new choreography, and overseeing the artistic direction of our productions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's dance vision and artistic direction
  • Create new choreography for our productions
  • Oversee the artistic direction of our dancers and choreographers
  • Collaborate with our production team to bring our shows to life
  • Represent the company at events and performances

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a lead choreographer and artistic director
  • Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern and North African dance styles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Passion for dance and the arts
