This Emergency Services Dispatcher Lead role is a key position within Vectrus, responsible for overseeing the daily duties and training of the Emergency Services Dispatchers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Emergency Services Dispatcher team

  • Manage requests for Fire and Emergency Services responses

  • Dispatch emergency personnel to critical response situations

  • Provide pre-arrival medical instructions to callers

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Emergency Services Dispatch Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Active Secret Clearance required

  • American Heart Association CPR certification

  • Telecommunicator I/II certification

  • Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) Certification

  • One (1) year experience as a Police, Fire, EMS Dispatcher
