Job Description:

The Aquatic Educator and Lifeguard will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging swim lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting water safety awareness.

Responsibilities:

  1. Teach swimming lessons to students from Kindergarten to 12th grade, focusing on developing essential swimming skills and promoting water safety.
  2. Create a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that helps students build confidence in the water.
  3. Maintain a safe and organized pool environment, ensuring student well-being at all times.
  4. Design and implement water safety programs, promoting lifelong habits of caution and respect for aquatic environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an educational setting.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification (or equivalent) through the American Heart Association.
  • Strong physical fitness and a passion for water safety.
