Job Description:

Showroom Manager will oversee the showroom to ensure optimal sales through maintaining and maximizing showroom appearance and efficiency of sales floor operations, providing exceptional customer service.

  1. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  2. Organize showroom layout, facilities such as parking space, and product display to attract customers and facilitate showroom traffic.
  3. Achieve all set targets and objectives in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain a minimum of 95% in the Customer Satisfaction Index.
  5. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales.
  6. Ensure accuracy of window holder specifications.
  7. Ensure test drives are appropriately conducted.
  8. Ensure team members hold a valid Kuwaiti Driver's License.
  9. Ensure customer prospecting database is constantly updated and maintained.
  10. Attend to and resolve escalated customer complaints and represent the business at senior levels within the customer base to maintain and enhance its image.
  11. Monitor and report on sales activities and performance, taking corrective measures as necessary.
  12. Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards.
  13. Coach and instruct staff on handling difficult and complicated sales.
  14. Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
