Job Title: Fitness Center Manager.

About the Role:
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Center Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness center in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the facility remains clean and well-maintained, and managing events and programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage the upkeep of the fitness center, including cleaning equipment and facilities, and maintaining accurate attendance records.
  • Coordinate events and programs, including setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Ensure the security and accountability of equipment and property.

Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a strong background in customer service, event management, and leadership. A minimum of one year of related experience is required, along with high school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Working Conditions:
The successful candidate must be able to work in an extreme weather environment, with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Personal protective equipment may be required in certain situations.
