Responsibilities
  • Laptop and Desktop Support: Provide professional laptop and desktop support to military and civilian customers, including troubleshooting hardware problems and repairing or referring to another repair facility as appropriate.
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Install, troubleshoot, configure, and repair software issues for Windows operating systems (OS) and Microsoft Office 2007.
  • Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues at the desktop level.
  • Domain Joining: Join personal computers (PCs) to local domains as required.
  • Printer Configuration: Configure local PC connections to network printers.
  • TCP/IP Configuration: Perform custom transmission control protocol internet protocol (TCP/IP) configurations of desktops as required.
  • Microsoft Exchange Server: Troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server connectivity issues.
