Embedded Linux Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services activities, helping customers with solution architecture, design, and delivery.

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded Linux, including Yocto or other similar technologies, and a strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, including Debian or Ubuntu.
  • Fluency in at least one programming language, such as Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust, is required.
  • The role entails leading and developing a team of Field engineers, solving customer problems by promoting our technologies and being a trusted advisor, working remotely in a single major time zone, coaching, mentoring, and offering career development feedback, identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing disciplined engineering processes, representing the team and product to stakeholders, partners, and customers, developing and evangelizing great engineering and organizational practices, planning and managing progress on agreed goals and projects, and collaborating with other leaders.
