HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L is seeking a highly skilled HVAC and Plumbing Design Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in designing and implementing complex systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and development: Develop designs for new construction, renovations, and improvement projects for real property facilities, including HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and exterior plumbing design.
- Project execution: Oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including construction managers, engineers, and architects to ensure successful project execution.
- Quality control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality standards, meeting the company's safety and environmental policies.
- Travel and relocation: Ability to travel domestically and internationally, with potential for remote work assignments.
Requirements
- Education: Mechanical Engineering degree required; licensed mechanical engineer preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of design experience, capable of providing mechanical design service including determination of HVAC loads, equipment selection, duct sizing and routing, interior plumbing design, and exterior plumbing design.
- Software skills: Proficient in AutoCAD 2012 or later.
- Certifications and clearances: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance; note US Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
