About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Persian-English OPI/VRI interpreter to join our dynamic team, leveraging their expertise to deliver exceptional language services to clients worldwide.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Render accurate and complete interpretations during phone calls, meeting deadlines and adhering to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry-specific terminology, including medical and legal jargon.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective project management.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the organization through innovative ideas and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Native-level proficiency in Persian and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an over-the-phone interpreter, preferably in a reputable company.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with legal terminology.
  • Hold relevant international certifications in the healthcare industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
