AI and Kubernetes Data Engineer with Open Source Expertise

Job DescriptionWe're seeking an exceptional AI and Kubernetes specialist to join our team. This role will focus on building cutting-edge data analytics and MLOps solutions using popular open-source tools like Kubeflow, MLFlow, DVC, and Feast. Your expertise will help us develop innovative workflows, ETL processes, data governance, and visualization tools like Apache Super Set, dbt, and Temporal, as well as data warehouse solutions such as Apache Trino or Click House.
Our goal is to create an end-to-end data platform that integrates with other teams' solutions, enabling us to deliver world-class services to our customers and community members. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers in a distributed team setting, collaborating proactively to achieve outstanding results.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Professional or academic experience with Python or Golang.
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path.
- Confidence to speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation.
- Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
- Passion for technology evident in personal projects and initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a performance-driven annual bonus or commission. Additionally, we provide:
