Job Description

The Allied Trades Lead will oversee the day-to-day operation of various shops, including welding, fabrication, machining, auto body repair, container repair, and equipment paint.

  • Oversight of shop operations, including welding, fabrication, machining, auto body repair, container repair, and equipment paint.
  • Supervision of 10 to 20 personnel, with this being a working lead position.
  • Ensuring established policies and procedures are enforced effectively.
  • Control of shop maintenance schedules to maximize the use of assigned personnel.
  • Performing the duties of the Allied Trade Supervisor in their absence.
  • Other duties and assignments as required for LCV Mission.
